There was a guy in San Antonio, who would wear a flesh colored thong and bike around Alamo Heights (a ritzy, richie, richie area). It was legal as long as you covered your butt hole and package. The law would be called and could do nothing. He later killed himself.

“When deputies finally surrounded her truck, the sheriff said, the woman threw what appeared to be a live snake at a deputy, but it turned out to be made of rubber.”

How do you categorize assault with a snake? Or a fake snake? Is it like a replica gun?

BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. - An Ocala man was arrested Friday afternoon for allegedly driving a stolen truck to the Patrick Space Force Base in Brevard County on a mission from the president, according to the Brevard County Sheriff's Office.

Johnson told deputies the President of the United States told him in his head that he needed to take the vehicle and drive to the base to tell the government that there were U.S. aliens fighting Chinese dragons, according to the affidavit.
