Cool idea. Gonna just be business as usual for me, since I’m regularly hauling my old carcass in for the same program that @
SouthNarc posted several years back in the lifting thread, only taking time off to get surgery in December:
"Man honestly it's pretty simple. I squat on Monday, bench on Wednesday, and Deadlift on Friday ideally. I did nothing but those three lifts for the first year. Volume is basically a four week program with 6x10, 4x8, 3x6, 3x3 and repeat the next month..."

I’m happy to say that I hit a couple of summer goals (bench, squat). Dead is way behind, because, surgery, but I’m going into the academic year with no injuries and a free gym membership with Mrs Sidheshooter, so things will probably pan out OK for my strength plan by the end of next summer.
I’ve added lat pull/pull ups and a bunch of cardio to the above CD plan. I’m in the second best shape of my life at this point (having flex time to exercise 6xweek in the summer helps).
This morning was 6x10 bench day, incidentally. What a grind. 6x10 week is the worst week in the month, IMHO, and bench is easier than dead or squat.
