You probably aren’t squatting 6 days a week currently. Squatober is not a normal month.
Ah okay, I get how it works now. You just look at the workout and do it each day.

Have other physical goals now and gonna pass, but it sounds like a lot of fun

I'm in. Participation may be difficult due to Bataan train up, but friends don't let friends skip leg day.

I thought that wasn’t until March.

That's correct. A co-worker and I are getting an early start on getting ready.

Speaking of squats . I have a body weight of about 180.

Just got 185 x 100 reps in 17.5 minutes. Not blazing fast but it kicked my butt. Should have went faster.

I am game. If the doc clears me for weight on my busted leg. I need to get back into this shit, and this seems like a good motivator.

Any of y’all use a Yoke bar? EliteFts in particular? I have grown pretty fond of mine. Both my shoulders are jacked and both elbows. I can do more weight in a regular bar than the Yoke though.

Also. Just left doctors and he told me two weeks out and I can start doing light weight.

I was going for 50 but only hit 27. Psyched myself out.

Last time I got 35, and could have pushed myself to 50. However I wussed out.

Have you done the 50? I bet you could for sure.
