I should never have broken my promise to stop buying PPU ammo after the over pressure 9mm stuff I had a couple years ago.

Their .32 acp tends to "spit" back at the shooter....unburned powder I think?

The .38 RNL was ok but dirty, as I said , but one semi-dud.

Considering my experiences with their products, I am not sure why I see so many good reviews for them, particularly the .32acp. I am really surprised on all the reviews that claim it runs well in p32s, because it only works 100% in mine if the gun is very clean. It's weak stuff. At the point where PPU was FTE every other round, Fiocchi was feeding fine for a few mags full.

Aside from the price, their main good point seems to be loading oddball cartridges that no other company sells anymore.

The Lewis Lead Remover is written fairly highly of in many places. I'll probably pick one up if I have another problem.

I draw the line with Federal or CCI aluminum case .45 and 9 mm ammo. Shoot only hand loads in .38 and .357. Guns are expensive, why subject them to crap ammo to save a few pennies. Don't shoot it in the AR either.

    So that’s what they’re for!

We had to move out for two months earlier this year during a home remodel.

We needed a house to stay in and the only thing we could find was near the north side of Fort Worth, an old and scenic area, but not the nicest area.

One day buying gas on Jacksboro Hwy I ran in to get a drink and saw a box of Chore Boy pads sitting on a shelf, so I bought a couple.

I thought a little odd and figured it was something to do with drugs.

Any ammo using graphite-lubed 158 LSWC bullets are going to be dirty.

I shot some more of this today in low 50s weather. It seems not quite as filthy in colder weather. Still leads like crazy, but definitely more accurate than 130 fmj Wolf in my 640.
