I've been using a Wyze v3 for the last 3 months and I'm happy with it. Inexpensive and seems to work well. Offers both cloud storage and ~3 days of continuous recording on an onboard micro SD.
They have battery powered version that may be worth looking at if you need it.

Looking at Wyze - due to price point, options for streaming access, power options.
Any updates from Wyze users?
My networking would be to establish a partitioned guest network on 802.11 wireless for the Wyze backhaul. Probably not a defeat of all threats, but should keep the minor back guys from exploiting the Wyze, right?
