Depends on whether you want to be competitive or just be able to get more under stress practice with your EDC.

Thanks @GJM. D shooter with what, 7 matches lifetime, it’s not like I’ve put a priority on competition.

But I EDC’d my G19 and shot it in matches, so was thinking just doing the same with the G43X.

I’d need a holster body for my BOSS DOH. And it’d be nice if my G43X mags would fit into Ghost pouches by adjusting the white screws. And a few mags.

    Hmmm.

If the 43X would take an RMR footprint I'd be all over it.

    Yep

But having the 43x and the 43 frame for cheap gives it a lot of flexibility

There was an older gentleman running a 48 at an IDPA match the other night. No drama.

Better yet, If you had a 48 and a 43, you’d have all the possible combos, right?

    Short slide, short grip
    Short/long
    Long/long
    Long/short

Reached 1000 rounds in one of my P365s tonight. Tested it with 147 HST and had no issues.

I was really jonesing for a Glock 48 last week. Rented one and found that the p365 is much easier for me to shoot. Glock triggers are more difficult for me to work smoothly than the Sig’s. I’ve handled a few 43/43x/48 models at the store and the triggers have a lot of variance in them. I wouldn’t want to buy one sight unseen at this point. Some felt very good like the regular gen 5s, and others were really bad.

Glock slim lines are neat and if a gadget is mandatory for you, well then there you go. But I don’t see the appeal over a 365 right now personally.

This is what I’ve been playing with a 43 and 48.

Well legally the frame is the gun, so I wouldn’t call it a one gun solution.
