    Bodyweight Training

Over time I've become biased towards bodyweight training. In my case it has been a minimalist program based on only two progressions, the planche (upper body push) and the front lever (upper body pull). The lower body continues to be trained with supplimentary weights (kettlebell mile).

Steven Low has been an appreciated resource during this journey. His book Overcoming Gravity, 2nd Edition is something of a bible. For those who might be interested, below is a link to an introductory article he's published.

Bodyweight training is all I do now, due to a combination of time, space, and equipment (ETA: oh, yeah, age too) limitations.

Burpees, mountain-climbers, and (when I can) full-hang pull-ups. It seems to work for me.
