EDIT: I use riverofguns.com and buy used barrels of "known good" brands but they usually go for $100. I did get a Triarc G19 barrel (non-threaded) for about $50. So there are deals out there if you aren't in a hurry.
Combat Armory often has similar deals too. I got my last one for 21.99. It’s been flawless for 1k rounds.
