Thread: Where to find Tyler adapters

  1. #11
I called earlier today and left a message with no response as of yet. I am also debating on whether to send in a check with an order or not...

2.5 months? You must have gotten one of the "Special Express" order forms. That has to be close to a record.

Over on the S&W Forum there are folks who've waited for a year or more.

I was thinking of sending in a check too. Went to website and saw this error: The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

I think that might be my answer.

BK Grips seems to be a viable alternative, but only one manufacturer has a brushed finish to match stainless guns....

I've been a Tyler fan for literally decades. But...the wait can be long by today's standards.

So, not wanting to have to wait, I ordered a BK grip adapter for my recently acquired Model 10. The fit is decent and it feels great in dry fire.
I'll be hitting the range in a few hours see how it works in live fire. But I'm pleased at this point.

Thanks @Dave T for the link.

The BK grip adapter functions great live fire! I'm impressed. Very controllable and a secure grip. Likin' it.
