I've kind of wanted one of these ever since I picked up a used blued Clapp GP100 a couple years ago. Unlike the standard SP101 that has sights out of the 19th Century, the Clapp has a cute little version of the Novak. Front is a dovetail gold bead.
Otherwise I don't know if there's much difference in the Clapp and the standard SP. I guess the only thing I'd change is the finish. I'd probably do a bead blasted stainless finish rather than the semi rough surface polish that's on the gun now. Maybe a bobbed hammer would be a nice feature too. Neither is probably too hard to accomplish and would help further offset this from a stock SP101.
Overall, nothing earth shattering. Just kind of a nice example of a modern all steel pocket blaster.
