Thread: What is in the back of your vehicle?

What is in the back of your vehicle?

I am not talking about truck or trunk guns, I am referring to something much more important — your standard target load out.

Here is mine, at least this week. Let’s see your load out!

MGM steel challenge targets, paper target stands, Red Stitch A zone and four plate dueling trees, traffic cones for marking shooting positions, ammo, and range supplies.

I wish I had room in the back of my truck for shooting stuff..

Currently in the bed of my 8' pickup is..

4 cutting edges for my D3 dozer
    2 gallon of mixed gas
1 gallon of chainsaw bar oil
    spare bars and chains
a new pellet grill in the box, on a pallet
    a tool box
a couple five gallon buckets of hydraulic oil
a couple blown hydraulic hoses I need to throw away
    a pintle hitch
at least six 30' ratchet straps
a pile of small ratchet straps
and about 50# of misc garbage...

I have a two foot section of 4" PVC with an assortment of rolled up paper targets, and a plastic tub with B-8s, index cards, soccer cones for shooting positions, stapler and staples, and a 100' measuring tape. The places I shoot have stands so I don't keep any in the trunk.

    Hookers and blow, of course.

If you have them in the back of your vehicle, you can get all the range work done you'd ever want.

I am not getting regular range time (pf folks who are members at mill creek in kc, please PM). When I did, it was:
Min 3 uspsa or comparable people targets
    Min 100 b8RCs
A stack of 3x5s (thanks, Todd)
    2” sticker dots
    Pasters

After a while I started toting around a portable stand and lathe.

There’s a third steel target out around 200 you can’t see from this angle.

I’m pretty much done with paper targets except when I need to dial in an optic.
