So Brownells is doing their one cent HazMat deal, and free shipping on orders over $150.

And Winchester has a mail in rebate on primers for 25%. Net cost shipped will be $24. It seems a little tricky, because they list 5k cases as a separate product that might not be eligible for the rebate, but I ordered Qty5 1k. That also puts you over the $150 so it ships essentially free, including HazMat.
