There are some stories on the local news sites questioning the cost of transporting the vehicles, implying that Trump was wasting money. At a former job, I had a Bradley and a Stryker on my hand receipt, and I often paid to have them transported to various ranges around the country. It wasn’t that expensive.
There was also a tweet from a local cyclist who happened to ride by the low boy with the tanks. He tweeted that “nobody should have to bike by tanks on their commute,” as if it was extremely offensive. Words simply defy me on that one.

We have increased USN flight ops here. The Navy moved another EA 18G squadron here and the low roar seems almost endless even at night. Lots of folks complaining. Well, I spent 4 years in the USN with air ops and I lost my hearing because of it. I just tell them if the noise gets above 85 dB get some ear protection. Blank stare.
On second thought maybe that low roar is my tinnitus.
