One of the tragic outcomes of this is calculating the opportunity cost. How many RKBA battles could have been fought in CA, NJ , NY and elsewhere were it not for the funding? Gun owners nationwide would be a lot better off if the money burnt up in WLP’s private jet fuel instead went to the NRAs core cause.

You're all wrong, guys ... read this:

"an unthinkable time has come when individuals who portray themselves as champions of the NRA and the Second Amendment are abetting the progressive-socialist campaign to destroy the NRA and strip away those freedoms we hold so dear. Spurred on by the anti-gun media, these destructive forces accuse Wayne of an ever-changing litany of baseless offenses and claim he is mismanaging the Association."
"Hang in there, Wayne. If we can do it, you can do it!"

I joined Firearms Policy Coalition. From what I can see, FPC gets that the 2a is for all of us, even those not well represented here on pf. FPC does things I’m familiar with from other causes that had to be fought for, like marriage equality, such as making it easy to send emails to relevant pols on upcoming votes. I usually customize those messages to increase their impact. I hope and trust you all are doing so as well.
I’m also an nra member at least for now.
Others of note are the CCRKBA, Gun Owners of America and Jews for the Preservation of Firearms Ownership.
