I emailed Tony about the WC holsters, and he said he stopped making them for revolvers. I pointed him to this thread and suggested he come to address the reasons, if he feels it appropriate to do so.

    That is bad news.

    Ordered Friday evening.
Tracking numbers while I'm still lazing in bed Saturday morning.
Holster in my mailbox on Monday when I get home from work.

Harry is doing some things right.

It's a perfect fit on the 640-1. A little tighter on the M&P 340, but workable. Letting it sit in a non-air-conditioned, locked space that's against an outside wall for a few days. Will see if it forms a bit.

That's interesting. I had no idea that the M&P 340 was wider / thicker than its aluminum counterpart. Do you know the area where it is binding?

Does the tension screw have any effect at all on the fitment? (I didn't mess with mine as the 642-1 was pretty much spot on.)

    640-1 is stainless, not aluminum.

Haven't messed with the tension screw. I'm not even sure the dimensions are different, haven't put calipers on them, but the surface of the 340 has more friction against the Kydex for sure.

Sorry, so used to reading 642-1 I just glossed over the model.

Hope you get it squared away.

Just an update on my LCR journey. From reading the Harry's Holster Icon thread, I really liked the look of the holster and wanted to try one. Now they are not made for the LCR at this time. However I have previously owned 2 one man holster companies and thought I could alter the fit of the Icon to work for my LCR. If not, it would be my fault it didn't work out. So my Icon arrived today. After test fitting my LCR I determined that the outer edge of the trigger guard area would need to be warmed and formed to fit. Some warming of that area with a heat gun, gloves and a few minutes forming and cooling brought the desired results.

It fits great, snaps in and out well and retains perfectly. Now I'm NOT Telling you to do this. I'm just passing along what worked for me.... Should you attempt this and you do not have the required skills that's your fault, NOT Mine... And yes I'm pretty sure you void any warranty from Harry's Holsters... Just Saying....

So far I really like the holster, the finish and workmanship is top notch and it's a great design. I'm just impatient and didn't want to wait for them to come out with one for the LCR.

Quick update on the Harry's Holsters Icon. I've been wearing it everyday since I received it. The modification for the LCR is working great. I have the clip back to the straight up position and have not found a need for a wedge or claw. Seated, driving, mowing the lawn, etc. It seems to work very well and is comfortable. Conceals well whether I'm using my Graith Specialist Belt or just the waist band of my cargo shorts, have not tried running shorts yet. I'm wearing it at the 1 o clock position.
    Hope this helps, highly recommended.

Anyone tried the Icon 2.0 from Harry's? It looks nice but the price increase from the original Icon has my head spinning.

I think @Hizzie had some early access and I’ll have a 2.0 as soon as my discipline dips again.
