Some of the range guys bought early guns and had issues, so now they’ve got a bad taste and don’t approve it. It’s probably something that should be revisited with the direction Smith is going.

I'm not getting the M&P 340 I wanted but they have an M&P 360 for $450.00. It doesn't have the dot sight, it's a ramp with a red insert. If it's an M&P shouldn't it have the big dot sight? I can't find an M&P 360 on S&W's website. I attached a picture if someone can identify what S&W this is. Thank you.

That’s not a M&P 360. I believe that is a 360J.
Oh, so it's 38 special only.

Yes, which is all you’d probably want to shoot through it anyway.
They have sort of an interesting history. The Japanese police are issued those.
True, a M&P 340 would only get 38's but I liked having the option for .357. I think a new 442 is cheaper than that 360j and I wanted hammerless.
