Geez - if I worked for the NRA, I would be warming up my CV. I assume many have. What a cluster.
Looks like the Nicaragua Rifle Association in action.
Not good.
I realize the the NRA has issues and Wayne may be a bad egg - but the only people who really gain from all of this are those who want to destroy us.
That is true. However, the goals of the RKBA and the institution is more important than the personal lives of the players. Decent leaders concerned with the cause and not themselves, would see that a transition is needed.
When you don't see when it is time to go, you don't serve anyone.
One defense of the NRA that has been making the rounds is that maybe the NRA is screwed but the NRA-ILA still does good work. Oops on that one.

I don't even...It's almost like the NRA has become a microcosm of D.C...
Okay, it's time to resolve this little spat before everything gets (more) out of fucking control.
LaPierre goes. Chris Cox goes. Ollie North goes.
Anyone who has served more than four terms on the board is rotating off in the next election cycle.
Term Limits for board positions in effect.
Ain’t renewing my membership this year until they get their shit in order.
Ya know, @Tamara and @joshs would make a good prom queen and king. Just sayin'. And Tam could keep writing those handgun columns...I don't see a conflict of interest.
Oh, and @Tiffany Johnson would have to be Chief Justice.

There's nothing civil about this war.
