Mas, I'm thinking of one as a pocket gun in a winter coat. A 642/442 would be ideal for that. A K6S would be a bit heavy.

The 1980s Colt Agent has been one of my best firearms investments.

It’s what I was thinking....this is what happens when California guys who live in Texas watch tuna fishing tv shows.
Just a Hairy Special Snowflake supply clerk with no field experience, shooting an Asymetric carbine as a Try Hard. Snarky and easily butt hurt. Favorite animal is the Cape Buffalo....likely indicative of a personality disorder.

I have the DSG and just got a Harry's Icon. You want something with a metal clip with a tooth so it doesn't pull off with the gun.

For me, with a loose-fitting t-shirt and AIWB carry, the gun just disappears.

What I'd like would be a 642 or 442 with a trigger guard that could accommodate a gloved finger. That would be one pisser of a winter-carry gun.
May I suggest a Fitz special.

A colt agent with the right grips is like a 6 shot j frame.

Was it truly J Frame sized? Man I want one!

So random question for this thread, is it normal to get unburnt powder blow back when shooting a revolver? This happens shooting .357 magnum in my Security Six.

Comparing a J, Colt D, and Smith K, the Colt D is about midway between an J and K. Its still compact enough to be easily carryable and concealable, and the alloy frame is light enough to be very easy to carry compared to a steel frame K. Mine has compact Pachmayr grips. They are about perfect.

Hint for rubber grips that are grippy or clingy on clothing, try treating them with Armor-all.

i load w231 for .38spl, .357mag and .45acp and it burns quite clean.
