Thread: Snub interview

  1. #221
A FlipBelt over my gym shorts, snub holstered in a Galco Stow-n-Go with moleskin on the body side, clipped over both belt and waistband. When I wore chef pants I'd keep the snub holstered in Vale Tudo shorts.

edit - if I was carrying a pistol I used a DSG holster. I never felt like I needed a substantial holster with a snub.

3" Model 60 in a Blade-Tech which I bought out of the used holster bin. (The holster isn't listed on their website.)

For me, with a loose-fitting t-shirt and AIWB carry, the gun just disappears.

What I'd like would be a 642 or 442 with a trigger guard that could accommodate a gloved finger. That would be one pisser of a winter-carry gun.

If we have to march off into the next world, let us walk there on the bodies of our enemies.

Two gold Revolver Sub forum stars for using Pisser in a sentence.
Just a Hairy Special Snowflake supply clerk with no field experience, shooting an Asymetric carbine as a Try Hard. Snarky and easily butt hurt. Favorite animal is the Cape Buffalo....likely indicative of a personality disorder.

Thanks and that's a great answer but I was a little disappointed when I read it. When I got the notification you had quoted my post, I couldn't wait to see what witticism awaited me...

Saying "wicked pisser" might be a bit too much.

    @awp_101

I'm old, addled and can't be counted on for high performance.

So boiled down to its essence:

    holster dark star gear

it protects me till my beer

    then i can relax

    Further, affiant sayeth naught.
There's nothing civil about this war.

Steph, the Kimber K6S "hammerless" has a pretty roomy trigger guard. Heavier than a 642 of 442, but you get the sixth shot, and with AIWB the weight difference is unlikely to be a deal-breaker.
