Interesting...looks like there was some unexplainable editing in the Mueller report.

Coming back to the report itself... I saw this elsewhere before ZH ran it. It is a really big deal to me.

The report includes a transcript of a voicemail between attorneys associated with Flynn and the White House. The transcript is edited. The edit removes specific statements that one attorney does not want the other to breach any confidentiality.

I don't think the editing is unexplainable but the explanation is frightening to me. It suggests the authors assumed the evidence would never be subjected to scrutiny by opposing counsel or a judge. They just wanted to get something damaging out there.

I associate behavior like this with CNN sensationalists, not with people granted government authority and entrusted to conduct themselves ethically.

I've read that was a DOJ decision and debated externally and internally as to whether that's true. In any case, I've previously said that we need to drop the investigations of both tribes and just vote him in or out.

I still like Gowdy's suggestion of Trump waiving his executive privilege against indictment, if one actually exists, and inviting the circus to launch. Never say never, but that'll never happen. Sure would be interesting.

Actually, he was counting about half of his net worth was his brand. Being in business for so long, I think it is funny that people don't know how business works. When asked for financials and they want to know how much a person's business is worth, you will see some extreme variances, depending on what outcome is desired. It is what it is.
