12 lbs recoil spring in a Brigadier slide?

I tried searching but came up blank.

Anyone use the 12 lbs recoil spring from Wolff with a Brigadier slide in 9mm?

I keep thinking this may get me closer to the feel/sight picture recovery of the 9mm Vertec when shooting. Or maybe it won't make any difference?

I've used anything between 9 and 12. 9 wore out sooner and caused one failure to feed. 12 ran OK. Beretta experts said it was too heavy. I didn't feel much difference, honestly.
