Thanks for clearing things up, entropy; much appreciated.

Now that the air is cleared, no need to pile on. Let's file this info under "fuck that noise," and move on to greener pastures and other topics, JMO.

Yep. I never took a class with the man himself, but I did take a 2 day CFS class with a CFS certified instructor. I was told this a lot.

It wasn't the only class my instructor taught, I think he only had half a cup of Kool-aid, so we had a real safety briefing, were given the reasoning behind drills, and an unsafe student was asked to leave the class.

This was before I found reviews of Pincus on PF. I'm glad I did, or else I would have taken the local instructor up on the ~$300 one day train with Rob offer he sent when he was in town.

I knew it wasn't Yeager because he doesn't have a book.

That and my understanding is that Yeager does actually have a safety brief at the start of his classes.

Though he is featured on the cover of Andy Stanford's excellent book Surgical Speed Shooting, where he also wrote the Forward.

Have to admit, his inclusion in that book made me reconsider my position on Mr. Yeager, "The Lone Wolf of Benton County".
