Took my older boy to the National Cemetery today - reminded him that there is a terrible price for the freedom we enjoy and that he had won the "Lottery" by being born in this country. The rest of the visit I really tried to keep political indoctrination minimal but we did discuss the American Revolution and the battle of Concord.
