    Your swap should be fine.

    Some people have run Centurion/Compact length slides on full-size frames, but it isn’t recommended. I did for a while years ago before I got an actual Centurion. And in the most recent frame I picked up I removed the extra material (& then some...) inside that the full-size frame has so I can run a Centurion upper. Even used a Centurion spec takedown lever.
