Pretty sure it's a Beretta 418 or one of the earlier variations of that.

Interestingly, this was James Bond's original sidearm in the novels by Fleming, until one Geoffrey Boothroyd objected to a secret agent carrying "a lady's gun." Later replaced by the Walther PPK after quite a bit of correspondence.
You can see a bit of that small Beretta, and the famous Mr. Boothroyd here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VuO34MDezzU
Q Evaluation: Just prior to 007's encounter with Dr. No, I had to convince him to switch from the Beretta to the Walther PPK 7.65mm. This task of persuasion was not as simple as it should have been, even given 007's recognition of the Beretta's anemic qualities and limited range. In defense of 007, I will say the .25 calibre automatic was very easy to conceal, and accurate enough in the ranges for which it was intended. Fifteen years of familiarity with the weapon doubtlesss increased the lethality of the weapon in the hands of Commander Bond. -Q
"When the phone rang, Parker was in the garage, killing a man."
.25 is about as powerful as .22LR. The only advantage is it uses centfire primers, and hence may be more reliable.
