    Need Advice-Brownells G19 slide + Holosun 407c Mounting ?

I have all the parts but the slide came with two sets of screws, 5/16" and 1/4" inch.

Need to know which ones to use for the 407c.

    Thanks.

Interesting. I’ve used the 5/16” in all of mine with a 407c (I currently have 4)

Edit: the general advice everywhere I have read is to also go with 5/16”

Last time I used the 5/16 with a Holosun it was hitting the extractor plunger, I always that the 5/16 were for RMR and the 1/4 were for Holosun

Brownells web site says 5/16th for the Holosun in their Q/A but I did see some reviews stating the same about interfering with the extractor.

I genuinely had no idea about this. Mine run great with 5/16”, but I may have gotten lucky with the slides. Their customer service says “5/16,” but if I get anymore of their slides, I’ll be sure to check them for this issue.

Just for an update, went to the range and on the first couple of rounds out of the magazine, I had Failure to Lock. This stoppage repeated over and over.
Changed magazines and ammo...same thing. This was using the longer screws Brownell's recommended.

Brought it home and changed to the short screws so will try again tomorrow.
