    I have this same dilemma. My JMCK AIWB K-Frame holster is for the 4” barrel length, which is long enough to be annoying, at times, but if I saw-off the end, as my only functioning K-Frame is a 2” Model 64, I am concerned about the grip not being as well-tucked.

    I was worried about loosing the extra leverage as well but it hasn't been an issue.

    Just measured the trigger pull today. 7.5lbs SA was under 3 iirc

    How’d you get the DA to 7.5? That’s getting down competition weight.

    I stoned and greased all the moving parts (not the sear) and put the 15#(the highest) trigger return spring from the Wilson kit. Lots of shooting and dry firing.

    Cylinder and slide fixed rear u notch sight.
