    Reading glasses...

Well, at age 30, the time has finally come. Despite a lifetime of perfect vision, it's now clear I will need to pick up a pair of reading glasses before my eyes are permanently stuck in a squint.

Had my eyes checked by my friend in ophthalmology and he confirmed a prescription is unlikely necessary; he recommended I pick up a pair of +1 readers to start. Where is a good place online to buy a pair that is not totally crap or terribly expensive?

Never needed glasses before so this may be a dumb question. Can always grab a pair from Walgreens but hoping the internet may give me a little more choice.

I use readers.com. they are always runni g a dale, have lots of styles, and have never muffed an order.

I use the glasses that are tinted for computer reading, and they really do make a difference.

The path of least resistance will seldom get you where you need to be.

Buy a cheap 3pack from Walgreens and keep them where they're handy.

Buy one for each vehicle, your work, one for your wife’s purse and two for your house.
You will eventually realize they are cheap and will be needed when you don’t have some with you

I have a pair in three or four rooms in the house, keep a pair in the car and in the range bag. But these are what I use most often https://fostergrant.com/store/readin...eading+glasses

They fit folded up in a back pocket and are always there when needed.

Costco has a 3 pack of Foster Grants for ~$13.00 right now.

As others have said, I buy 3 at a time and keep them everywhere as they seem to develop legs.

I've got a pair of these at home (wearing them now, as a matter of fact).
I need to get another to stash in the patrol car.
    ~$20 or so at Walgreens.
