    Yes. I had fitting issues that my work’s armorers were unable to fix and had to send the slide back.... It may have been fixed by brownells if they had the chance,but it wasn’t authorized for duty use any ways, so I just returned it.

    The channel liner was having issues being installed, and the extractor was unable to be installed.

    Yes...I have one on a 17. Just under 1k rounds, so far so good.

    I have had several brass to the face but I suspect an Apex FRE can remedy that.

    Regarding brass to face, I installed a Gen 4 extractor on my 17.3 and I've not experienced that issue since.
