Heck, I have paid more that that for a case of bulk rimfire ammo that has long since been shot. Let alone .22 pistols and rifles. I really do not need/want a Wrangler, but I feel I should have one just because it is reminiscent of Bill Ruger's original design, a quality .22 for the masses. Today I shot two iconic Ruger designs, the Standard and the 10/22. I have a Single-Six with both the .22 LR and .22 WMR cylinders that I rarely fire. But the Wrangler seems to be working its way under my skin.
