My 65 came with roundish Goodyears. They're fine, but I'm looking for something a little slimmer for carry.
Has anyone tried the Altamont Combat Falconia grips?

If we have to march off into the next world, let us walk there on the bodies of our enemies.
I like the G10 inserts.
I plan to stop in and see them at the NRA-AM in Indy.
The Altamont grips ive seen have mostly had pretty poor fit to the frame and odd shapes on the edges. they may have improved since ive looked at them.
I was looking at the Hogue Bantams, they make them in various woods and rubber. My budget supported rubber, if I stepped up, it would be the Pau Fero or Rosewood. May appeal to you, or not.

VZ Grips has some nice G10 grips. I have some for k and n frame square butt guns and they are very trim. They also make round butt versions.

I vote with the Lt. VZ RB K frames are a great fit on a 357. I had the rough version on a Model 69 44 and they were a bit much. 357 Goldilocks time.
No experience with the K-frame version, but I want to say that S&W offered the J-frame version on a slicked up (PC?) version of the 642. The once I coon-fingered in the LGS felt like it really locked my hand in.

Does VZ make any K-frame RB sans finger grooves?
