This company may do custom work, not sure, but they make nice stuff. The M1 carbine pouch may work in a pinch:

Looks like this is what Glenn is looking for:

Here's the carbine stock pouch, I think:

Somewhere out there is someone with too much time on their hands, working on fabricating a buttstock with integrated storage magwells and mag catch buttons to instantly drop them.

Ruger really needs to make these in .45 acp using a 1911 mag. Then they need to make integral suppressor and short barrels with pinned suppressor shrouds. Not to mention a charger pistol version and magpul stocks

Ruger really needs to be profitable enough to devote some engineering resources to cleaning up revolver quality.

Andrew Tuohy or Omaha Outdoors is quite fond of the Ruger PC Carbine, he dubbed it a must buy firearm and his example was extremely accurate. For those who don't know him, he broke the news of the Sig 320 drop firing and creator of Vuurwapen Blog. I have found his opinion quite refreshing in the world of firearms, to say the least.

Here's another one that struck a chord with me, being that I used to share his former opinion about Ruger firearms...

This would likely not be well received (sales), but I would love to see one for sure. Everyone claiming that .40 is dead, apparently Ruger does not agree. That is saying something coming from the largest manufacturer in the world of firearms. Now the .357 SIG, well to me that is much closer to being dead (basically a wildcat) at this point.

Does anyone know if it’s a simple swap between the .40 and 9 barrels or would it require a bolt change as well?

Does the .40 barrel start taking itself down faster than the 9mm barrel?
