My MTAC has held up pretty well for several years. Never felt the need to mount the Fastfire - I think it's still in the original box.

The scope is ok. Doesn't look like a true 1x to my eyes. Nice bright red reticle, decent battery life. Seems fairly rugged, based on my inadvertent free fall test from 4 feet onto to a hard floor, with rifle attached. It could use a cat tail though, for fast transitions between 1 and 4x.

The PEPR mount is pretty junky. I broke one of the bolts while making sure everything was snug. Granted, I wasn't using a torque wrench, but I didn't put much juice on it and it snapped. Cheap pot metal by the looks of it. Upgraded to a AR QD mount, which is miles ahead in quality, but more expensive too.

For a low budget LVPO I'm satisfied.
