I doubt they are S&W OEM... and there's nothing in the description to denote Sq or Rd butt configuration. An email and/or phone call would answer your question.
The email claims original equipment. I was just trying to share the info.
Good looking out. Based on the picture in the link, I'd wager they are S&W OEM, but current iteration such as ship on the "Classic" line 19 and 586. These are slightly smaller dimension than S&W target stocks of old, and although wood, have a more pressed, synthetic feel about them compared to traditional ones.

They look like the grips that came on my 4" 586-8. If so they are square.
