    Seriously, I woulda never noticed this if you had not asked, it would only be unsightly to an adversary

    Did one of mine last night with a single cut generic file I found in the garage, no vice. Didn't take as long as you'd think.


    I would HIGHLY recommend getting files that have safe edges though, as that would have made for a much easier and more finished installation (did it on my range beater first, will get safe edge files before I do my carry).
