We have a case here, of a murder where a gun was purchased two days before, legally, in my LGS. LGS investigated and cleared as NCIC failure, that to my knowledge, is still under investigation. (Felon traded a stolen gun, which wasn't known at the time, and his background check took two minutes to clear him)
