If it was a 4" barrel I don't think I would have let it go past the first day.

I find 5 inch barrels have much better balance than either the 4 or 6 inch barrels on N-frames. Especially with the underlug.

Buy it. If you don't like it, you can sell it in a few years for double what you paid for it. They don't make 'em like they used to.

Family comes first, but the 625 is a terrific revolver and 5 inch barrels are nice. If you can swing it, I'd do it.
