Extended Controls

I've used Tango Down extended controls on my G19-3 and liked them. Has anyone tried extended controls (mag release and slide stop) on a g17-5? Do you like em?

Yes to both.

@GJM suggested I try the Glock OEM magazine catch. I bought two and put them on both my G19.5 and G26.5.

I also put an extended slide stop lever on the G19. Being a lefty with size M hands I find it useful.

Not on a g17 but on a 19x and g45.

I quickly took the Vickers mag release off. It increased the weight required to depress it and also offered nothing over the stock release for me.

I think the mag releases are perfectly adequate on the gen 5s. The 19x I believe have the slightly extended release(fbi release?)

For Gen 4/5 I always install the OEM extended mag release. For Gen 3 I have the Vickers mag release because the OEM one seems a little too long for my liking. As for slide stops, I just use the standard ones. My grip seems to always override the extended ones and causes the slide to not lock back after the last round.
