I’ve shot mine with heavy recoiling buck shot without the hump hitting my hand. I think if you have a tight grip like when using the push pull technique it won’t shift and hit your hand. Also I think you can grip further back so the hump won’t hit you, there is plenty of room

Mine came in today. East install on my Tact-14. Tight at first but after a couple of cycles it smoothed out. I haven't shot it yet but the setup is very nice, good throw on the light (perfect for in my house which is the intended use) and it offers a solid grip. The controls are easy to use. Hopefully I'll make it to the range this weekend.

Back when I moved out on my own for the first time and bought my first shotgun my dumbass bought a bunch of slugs and 3" buckshot and it's been sitting in an ammo can for the last 15 years. So today my dumbass shot all of it to see if the foreend was more fragile than my shoulder. Both still work but the TL-racker seems to have held up better. And the XS big dot is fucking awesome.

Does not clear the Aridus side saddle on my 870. Decisions decisions.

These have come down in price to $110.

Has anyone run these through an all day course or just your thoughts on their use?

Debating with going with one of these versus the Magpul Forend with a light on a Mossberg.

Here is a picture of it with the forearm fully back on an 870. This will give you an idea how much receiver it covers if you are wondering about your sidesaddle.

The overhang is pretty much even with the battery cap.

Looks like it would be easy enough to trim that corner for side saddle clearance if you needed to. It’s just plastic.

Has anyone installed one of these on a Mossberg 500 (NOT a 590)? I need to know if I need the 590 action slide tube or if it fits the standard 500 action slide tube. I read through their documentation online for installation and didn’t see anywhere that stated that I needed a specific length action slide tube or to replace the standard part on a 500.

Not very bright but does lack ambition
I just installed one of these on my 590 Shockwave. No issues other than my usual swearing at reassembly of the gun, nothing caused by the handguard. It is a little wiggly, but not bad - I think I like it. It’s replacing a Magpul, I wanted an integrated light.

I put one on a 500, no problem.
