    Shooting Gallery and Historic Handguns

Michael Bane had an episode last night featuring Karl Rehn's Historic Handgun class. I'm going to take the one day version in a few weeks. Looks like fun. I'll run a 1911, revolver and Glock to try to be period congruent. Probably won't make it into any of the old time services.

I recorded it and thought it was a good overview for a 30 minute program. I think he did a similar block at last years Tac-Con.

Karl's Historical Handgun program is not to be missed. Shot it at the Pacific Northwest Tac-Con last summer and loved it. You'll get the most out of it shooting the period guns, holsters, and support gear.

I did his beta-test class and really enjoyed it. Get some 50-yard practice in before you go.

Yup, he did have that block last year at Tac-Con. I listened to it, and it was a lot of fun!

I'm going to head south and do that clas the first chance I get. I'm also planning on bringing a bunch of 100+ year old family hairloom guns to shoot.

Karl is a great guy with a terrific staff.
