I have to bring this one back, because a new place just opened up downtown with over 600 bottles up on the wall. I have just had a Vieux Carré, a Sazerac, and the “smoked brisket jalepeno fries.” Which is as awesome as it sounds. I think i’m in love.

My favorite type of bourbon is probably Rye. I prefer the less sweet and more spicy styles
My go to for just relaxing, something that is inexpensive and always available, is Old Overhault BiB none chill filtered. Aged 4 years, single season single distiller. The next is Old Tub unfiltered but it's hard to find even though it's normally under $20
