If Sig ever releases a 45 version of X-Five, I will go broke.

No mention of the PRO series or M18 release yet. Scuttlebutt on P&S, confirmed by a rep, SIG is moving to a DPP compatible mounting footprint like the M17 series.

Am I the only one that thinks it's kinda funny that so many manufacturers are dumping all this new crap online within weeks of SHOT instead of unveiling it there?

As to the topic, even though I hate Sigs guts, I absolutely love how the standard 320 shoots for me. I'd like to try these fancier ones sometime

Cool story. Fiction, but still a cool story.

I like the P320 and like them or not, like Glock, they're here to stay. No one is making you buy them.

Fiction? How so? It’s a well known fact that some government agencies choose equipment based on the “lowest cost that meets the standard” method....

I never said anyone was forced to buy them....

    True but...

Some pick based on free use of vacation condos and which companies rep is sleeping with the contracting officer. Those are both true stories and neither ended well....

“best value” tends to give the best results for the end users.
