I have at least two friends in Birmingham who own P7M10's but I think they rarely shoot them. Both came from the GSI/HK outfit when HK US HQ was in Trussville, AL.
Just to say there are a few of those are around.
It's definitely a P7. I took a screenshot to make sure. You can even see the little "scoop" on the muzzle-end of the dustcover if you look closely.
Backstory: I remembered this cool shot of Eazy-E holding two stainless 1911s from one of his album inserts, back in the day. Naturally, I wanted to re-live the magic. And my image search revealed this gem. I was like, "Eazy-E?? P7?!"

And for the record... I knew exactly what the OP was talking about in the first post.
