Notably, on the ODMP site, line-of-duty death reports seem to have paused, for a time. 2022 has had a sad start, especially in Texas, with four happening in this one county. I am truly grateful for any break that we can get. I hope that this represents an actual pause in officers lost, as each life is so very precious.
