The Salt River Police had an Officer killed tonight. There’s no link yet but it sounds like he was hit by a DUI suspect during a traffic stop on the 101 freeway.

    Requiescet In Pace

The driver who hit Officer Townsend was texting while driving and drifted across two-three lanes of traffic. He was charged with Manslaughter and Aggravated Assault.

The loss of her smile alone is heartrending.

    RIP Officer Corona.

My old department. Didn't know either one but I'm pissed.

We had another officer murdered a couple of blocks from there about 20 years ago.

That's seven murdered officers in 28 years.
