For sure, especially in the theater. You're not going to get that experience on a TV.
The only screenings in my area are in 3D (which I really dislike) but for the sake of the film I'll probably suck it up, wear the nasty stupid 90s technology glasses, and go anyway.

When I went the 3D worked really well and I felt it added to the experience.
I missed it the first two times. Just bought my tickets for the 21st.
