Well 199.4 is a sobering number.

Been on a lot of travel overseas and domestically lately, and the upcoming holidays are typically killer for me. We are taking the kids on a Cruise over Xmas too, which will not help either. If I end the year even remotely close to this weight, I will be a lucky man. Still, "focus on the process, not the end result".

Small steps: High Protein breakfast (eggs, lean beef) after a short Dry Practice session this morning (rediscovered I had bought Claude Werner's Dry Practice program set of *.pdfs a couple years ago; used that routine today.) Ate a Jorge Cruze Skinny Muffin (which is not exactly a muffin but rather a concoction which simulates a muffin, which involves mainly on Ground Flax seed and a few other ingredients) for a snack.

We are kid-less for Thanksgiving so we have a couple nice rib eye steaks and a bottle of Merlot laid for later today.

You couldn't have gone just that little bit faster?

Man, I tried! I might have been able to pace it a little better, but I would have tossed my cookies had I pushed any more at the end. I was on the verge of heaving after I kicked it up a bit at the 3:00 mile point. Would have been sweet to have a 31:40, though...

204, but I've been drinking a lot of water.
    Still within specs.

150.8, this morning. Flirted with 146 earlier this month - 145 being the goal - after 3 weeks of 16 hour fast cycle and really clean eating.

I have not fasted and have been eating out of being bored, stressed, and eating when I am not hungry.

I'd like to think the gain is the 100 push-up a day challenge I have been on last month and continuing on this month but push ups haven't added 4 pounds of muscle mass in a month.

Push ups and getting back into stretching this month and adding back my Monday 24 hour fast day. In January, I'll start ruck training again.

Hold the line, gentlemen and don't eat like assholes.

180, so after months of plateauing, I'm down a smidge. In addition, I identified another batch of clothes that I need to down-size, and when I donated blood, my pulse was mid-low 50's and the phlebotomist said I filled the bag "really fast."
