    I’ve change up my marcos a bit lately. Also working through some fairy broad food allergies.


    Whole eggs, albacore Tuna, plain oatmeal and coffee is a soldi base for me right now.

    I just feel like total trash - truly sickly when I waiver too far off that path. Not worth it me.

    If you can digest a wider amount of foods then there’s not a real purpose to pair it down like I do - save for getting a baseline of what you actually need and feel well when eating

    Despite my overall health being quite good - a serious nightshade vegetable allergy along with total lactose intolerance and volatile reactions to almonds(phytic acid) and traces of soy - keeps me kind of on edge about becoming ill.


    Plain foods are best lol

    Got my butt on my treadmill last night, did a paltry mile but one is better tha none, feeling sore haha. Back on it tonight.

    Another 1.25 in the books, definitely felt better running today. 1.5 next.

    Lately I've been 165-167, down from 173-175. Mostly just some push backs, watching my water intake and eating less ice cream.
