The downward trend continues!
198.4 this morning, waist is 31.375". Which means dave draper bodyfat calcuations says I'm sitting at 178.88 lean body mass and 9.88% bodyfat.
Last time I posted Sunday measurements I was 176.64 LBM and 12.38% BF, so quite a jump which means I flubbed up somewhere in last week's measurements (or today's - though the LBM number is more consistent with what I had been getting).
Doesn't matter either way, I can see the top 4 packs of my abs when I'm breathing in (but not when I'm flexing, which is odd).
I'm getting close to 195, which is when I want to switch to a leangains style diet. I'm wondering if I should do a depletion workout and a carb up right before I transition to the leangains diet. Or should I just start the LG diet without the excessive carb overload?
The long term goal is to hit that 5 to 6% bodyfat level which should be me at 187-189# It would be nice to weigh in at an even 185 but if the formula is anywhere near correct I'd have to sacrifice lean mass to get there which is not what I want to do
