I'm in...getting the low testosterone treated starting Jan 1 when the FSA gets charged up. Also taking a 60 day introductory special at a local kettlebell gym.

Looking to drop to 150 for wildland fire season, up my pushups, and be able to do a few pull ups - I might squeak one on a good day.
Since mid December I’ve been hitting 15,000 steps a day and that is my daily goal for now. Been fasting between lunch and dinner, which is a pretty big thing for me. Also every Monday is a 24 hours fast the last 5 weeks, inspired by Tom Jones. I’ll keep holding the line from there.
January will be adding 50 push-ups a day and 10 minutes of stretching to the program. February will add something else, and we will march on.
Good luck gentleman, hold the line, and don’t eat like an asshole.
My DR said last month I was on the weight loss challenge! My goal is to lose about 15 lbs in 2019. I am feeling my 58+ years - I need to stretch more.
I’m in.
198 this morning.
My goal is 185 by this summer - my “normal adult weight” until the last 2 years.
233 as of this morning, which is pretty much where I've been the last couple of years. I got as low as 198 waaaaay back in 2012, but went on a slow climb in late 2013 up to the current level. I was at 240 mid-December.
Regardless, as Marshall Lucky says in Used Cars, "That's too fuckin' high!":
Guess I need to buy a scale.
I'm guessing I'm back up to 240-245lbs.
I'd be happy at 200, I seem to seesaw between 220-250 naturally.
Debating changing my PF handle to "Fattest fuck on the forum."
